New Horizons Management Services is made up of several qualified carers committed to delivering flexible care and quality care staff to all who need it. Since 2015, we have been providing quality care to children, young people, vulnerable adults, and the elderly. We take pride in working closely with clients and their families to tailor bespoke care plans that promise the best care at affordable rates.

How do I arrange care services with New Horizons Management Services?

Contact your nearest branch of New Horizons Management Services, and we will be happy to visit your home to discuss how we can help you. Once you have decided on the ideal level of service for you, leave the rest to us.

How do I pay for my care?

We will put together a detailed plan for each customer, setting out the care delivered and as well as the weekly costs. Some people are entitled to assistance from their Local Authority, Social Services, or via Government grants. Our team will help you determine the best payment plan for you based on your unique situation.

What safeguards do I have?

We carry Public Liability insurance of up to £10 million.

How often do I have to pay for my care?

We will send you a bill once a fortnight. If you wish to pay by cheque or standing order, just let us know.

What happens when the office is closed?

While our office hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, we operate an out of hours emergency service daily from 18:00 to 22:00.
